Welcome! This is to prepare for your week-long stay at CSD Fremont. Jesse will be ordering your lunches and dinners, so please fill out this form with which restaurants you would like to order your meals from. Jesse will gauge which restaurant is the most popular for that meal and day, and then submit another form for you to fill out your orders in mid-July. FYI there is a limit of $25 per meal per person – if you want to order more, then we will deduct the extras from your final paycheck.
Your submissions are required by June 21st, 2024; sometimes in early July, you will receive the second form specifying which locations we will be ordering our lunches/dinners from on which day, so you can make your order.
